Please find below our delivery options.

Delivery options can be selected during the shopping basket stage of your order.

We only deliver to the mainland UK.

All additional doors, handles & other accessories will be delivered FREE of charge with your complete kitchen order.

Our delivery times are:

  • Monday to Friday - 7am to 6pm.

All Kitchen Units will be supplied fully rigid assembled, we recommend that you have a large, safe and dry space to store your new Kitchen Furniture.

Collection (FREE)

This option is available for kitchen units with doors and kitchen units only, it is not available for kitchen doors only or kitchen door accessory only orders. So, if you don't want to pay delivery fees or you can arrange for someone to collect your items cheaper than we can deliver them, then this option is for you.

  • Once your furniture order is ready for collection we will contact you to arrange a date and time for collecting your order.
  • Collection is from our factory in St Helens.
  • Please ensure there will be an able bodied person to help load the vehicle.
  • Please remember that this is a working factory, so please take care when you arrive.
  • Once you sign for your items they become your responsibility, we will not accept any returns for damaged items once you have collected and signed to say that the items are in good condition, please ensure you check all items before signing for them.

Courier 3-5 Working Days

Our system will select the available delivery options available to you depending on what is in your shopping basket.

  • Delivery will be Est. 3 - 5 working days.**
  • Delivery by a Courier.
  • Some orders may be palletized! Please ensure there will be an able bodied person to unload the vehicle.
  • Please ensure that someone will be in to accept delivery as full delivery charge will have to be charged for each re-delivery.
  • For small orders if you will not be in on the day of your delivery and would like to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location please tell us in the order notes box in the checkout.
  • **If you have ordered Paint to Order Kitchen Doors, delivery will be increased to 4 - 12 weeks.

Pallet 1200mmx1000mm

Our system will select the available delivery options available to you depending on what is in your shopping basket.

If you only have a small order we maybe able to send these out to you by courier on a pallet.

  • Delivery will be Est. up to 4 weeks**
  • Delivery by a Courier. (Curb side only)
  • Delivery will be up to 48 hours after we have notified you that your order has been dispatched.
  • This will be palletised! Please ensure there will be an able bodied person to unload the vehicle.
  • Maximum pallet coverage is 1200mm x 1000mm, if your order exceeds this size an additional cost will be applied.
  • Please ensure that someone will be in to accept delivery as full delivery charge will have to be charged for each re-delivery.
  • Mainland UK Only, if you require delivery in the highlands etc, please contact us.
  • **Can change due to Factory work schedule. If you have ordered Painted Kitchen Doors Est Delivery will be increased to up to 12 weeks.

Pallet 2400mmx1000mm

Our system will select the available delivery options available to you depending on what is in your shopping basket.

If you only have a small order we maybe able to send these out to you by courier on a pallet.

Kitchens Standard

When ordering Kitchens or Kitchen Units our system will select the Band that you are located in, you can find which band you are in by looking at the delivery map or from the delivery prices table, here you can click on your area i.e. North West England and look for your post code to see the correct band to choose.

  • Delivery will be Est. up to 4 weeks**
  • Delivered by our transport
  • This is a ONE MAN delivery
  • We will contact you on the (latest) Friday the week before the scheduled delivery of your kitchen order.
  • There must be 2 able bodied people to help offload your kitchen into your property.
  • These units are very heavy and will require a 2 physically fit people.
  • Please ensure that someone will be in to accept delivery as full delivery charge will have to be charged for each re-delivery.
  • Failure to provide enough adequate able bodied people will result in your kitchen being returned and re-delivered where an additional delivery fee will be charged.
  • For larger orders that require more than one van, the delivery price will be worked out for each van load.
  • **Can change due to Factory work schedule. If you have ordered Painted Kitchen Doors Est Delivery will be increased to up to 12 weeks.

Kitchens Gold

When ordering Kitchens or Kitchen Units our system will select the Band that you are located in, you can find which band you are in by looking at the delivery map or from the delivery prices table, here you can click on your area i.e. North West England and look for your post code to see the correct band to choose.

  • Delivery will be Est. up to 4 weeks**
  • Delivered by our transport
  • This is a TWO MAN delivery
  • We will contact you on the (latest) Friday the week before the scheduled delivery of your kitchen order.
  • There must be a large, safe and dry storage area for our team to unload your furniture.
  • Please ensure that someone will be in to accept delivery as full delivery charge will have to be charged for each re-delivery.
  • Ground Floor Only! Subject to availability.
  • For larger orders that require more than one van, the delivery price will be worked out for each van load.
  • **Can change due to Factory work schedule. If you have ordered Paint to Order Kitchen Doors Est Delivery will be increased to up to 12 weeks.

Additional Delivery Information

Unlike some other suppliers we don't charge any additional fees at the end for drilling your doors! This is all included in the price, so the price you see is the price you pay!

If you purchase Kitchen Doors with out Kitchen Units then we are unable to offer a door drilling service, however if you purchase a Complete Kitchen from our Kitchens Section then your Kitchen Doors will be drilled for you.

We strongly recommend that you DO NOT book a date for a trades person to start until you have received your items. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred should there be any delay in the delivery of your products.
